Life in Boston wasn’t too sweet right after the bombing at the Marathon. But then Neil Diamond came into town. Five days and 7 innings after the attack, tens of thousands shouted ‘So Good, So Good, So Good!’ at the top of their lungs and with tears in their eyes. The unofficial anthem of the Red Sox, Sweet Caroline, was played in stadiums all over the country in support of the victims and the mourning city.
